All 3 of our Housemade Hot Sauces. We like to grade our spiciness on a scale of 1-10 (1 being ketchup and 10 being lava). St. Joe Spicy (6) This is our house sauce used on our wings every day. “10” Sauce (7.5). We make this in small batches with the St. Joe Spicy as our base with 10 Carolina Reapers added. Lastly, our Stupid Spicy Sauce (9). Also made in small batches, but with multiple peppers and over 100 Carolina Reapers (This sauce is not for the faint of heart. Seriously, it’s really spicy).

This is our Specialty House made sauce, St. Joe Spicy. This sauce is what we use every day on our Wings, Subs, and Pizzas. It’s made in small batches weekly. It’s not going to melt your face off, but it’s got some heat. Our intention with this sauce was to bring a good mild heat along with flavor.
